I’ve been reading up on my 2014 E350’s 7G-Tronic because it’s started jerking when coming to a stop, and I found a page that had some basic info on Mercedes gearbox work but I couldn’t really tell if they actually rebuild the conductor plates or just reset adaptations. The site had a button that said “Learn More” which took me to a contact form, but I’d rather hear from actual people before I reach out. Has anyone here had their Mercedes transmission properly fixed in Sharjah, like with new solenoids or a rebuilt valve body? I’m in Fujairah so it’s a bit of a trip, just want to know if it’s worth the drive or if I should just sell the car. Any honest experiences would be awesome.
