Hi everyone, I’ve been thinking about something recently and wanted to get opinions from people who actually own an Infiniti because I’m a bit undecided. I’ve always been the type of person who just takes a car to whichever workshop has a decent reputation and fair prices, but lately I’m starting to wonder if that approach works for every vehicle. I’ve owned my Infiniti for a while now and thankfully it hasn’t given me any serious problems, but now that regular maintenance and a few small issues are starting to come up, I’m paying much more attention to where I take it.A friend of mine recently told me that luxury cars should always go to specialists because they understand brand specific issues and can catch things before they become expensive repairs. Another friend said that advice is exaggerated and that experienced mechanics can work on almost anything. After hearing both sides I ended up more confused than before. I don’t mind paying for quality service if there’s a real benefit, but I also don’t want to spend extra money just because a place labels itself as premium or specialized.Recently I heard people talking about Expert Infiniti Service Partner Abu Dhabi and it made me wonder what actually separates a specialist from a normal garage. Is it better diagnostic equipment, more experience with Infiniti models, or simply technicians who work on these cars every day? I feel like terms like expert and specialist get used everywhere now, so it’s hard to know what they really mean in practice.I’m also curious if anyone here switched from a general workshop to a more Infiniti focused place and noticed a real difference afterward. Maybe the communication improved, maybe the service felt more transparent, or maybe there was no difference at all. I plan on keeping my car for years and I’d rather make good decisions early instead of learning from expensive repairs later. Would really appreciate hearing honest experiences from people who’ve already gone through this.
