So I have been going back and forth on this for a few weeks now and I think I finally need some outside opinions because I keep changing my mind. I got a stone chip on my bonnet about a month ago while driving on the highway and it genuinely upset me more than I expected because I really try to take care of my car. A friend suggested I look into Dubai PPF Hood and Bumper Protection as a starting point since those are the areas that take the most damage from road debris and insects anyway. I checked and they had a really clear breakdown of which parts of the car are most vulnerable to damage depending on how and where you drive which I found quite helpful. According to what I read the front end of the car takes probably eighty percent of all paint damage from daily driving so protecting just those areas actually makes a lot of practical sense if budget is a concern. My hesitation is that I drive quite a lot on highways and I am also worried about the roof and side mirrors getting damaged over time so I keep thinking maybe I should just do the full car and be done with it. But then the cost difference is quite significant and I am not sure I can justify it right now. Has anyone here done just the partial coverage and felt satisfied with it long term or did you end up regretting not doing the full wrap from the beginning?
