The entire Industry 4.0 ecosystem can be infused by Artificial Intelligence (AI), specifically Machine Learning (ML), and is not only limited to the production floor activities such as product design and production planning. AI can support Industry 4.0 in different aspects through predictive and prescriptive analysis such as predictive maintenance and preventive waste, quality 4.0, human-robot interactions, and supply chain management. What are your thoughts?
